From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
Rolando Nava’s journey began with a passion for trucks and a vision for excellence. Starting with backyard builds, Rollin ’R Enterprises, Inc. was built from the ground up by Rolando “Rollie” Nava, fueled by hard work, family values, and a love for trucks.
Growing up in Oxnard, Rollie worked the fields and produce stands with his family, learning the work ethic that would later drive his business. In 2002, he took over his father’s last truck and a small loan, dispatching loads at night while working full-time during the day. From that one truck, Rollin ’R has grown into a thriving operation with a fleet of 20+ trucks, trailers of every kind, and a team of more than 30 employees.
Today, we specialize in hauling produce, fertilizer, equipment, and packing materials across California and Arizona. With our new 18,000 sq. ft. warehouse and cross-dock facility in Oxnard, we’re expanding into freight consolidation and storage, while continuing to deliver the same reliability and dedication that built our name.
